Update to the changes to this website because of a change to runbritain.
Looking up a race on runbritain has been replaced by a new England Athletics runevents interface. So most of the links on this website to a race on the runbritain website no longer work. (They are working for those in the near future, roughly the next month.)
IMPORTANT: If a race was using runbritain for online entries, then the link provided by the race organiser usually no longer works. (They do work for those in the near future.) A race organiser has to re-register their event for online entry using the new system. When this has been done, the new EA runevents interface will provide a link to enter the race. This affects 11 races on the northeastraces website. Some races are now using the new interface for online entry; at least one has now gone elsewhere for online entry and one is now only using postal entry!
BAD NEWS: Once a day overnight I used pto run a script that identified those races whose entry at runbritain had changed, e.g., from no entry to pending or from pending to having a licence number (e.g., 2024-12345). The script also identified those races that were now open for online entries at runbritain. I can't see a way of using the new interface to do either of these. This means that it is likely that during the next few weeks I will regretfully remove the UKA licence information from this website.
